Intentionally Love The World

Make uncomfortable phone calls. Sit down to an uneasy conversation. Be open ears to a scary confession. Wrap your arms around those you know need it most. Validate illness without blood test or physical diagnosis. Ignore not, intuitive feelings. At all costs, have compassion. Speak kindly. Care earnestly. Give freely. Judge not and expect the same in return. Peace does not come easily, my friends. If you believe that it does, I am guessing you have not truly found peace. It takes time and it takes patience. It takes work and it asks us to choose faith over fear. Some of us may not find it here in this lifetime, on this earth. Those of us who have walked one million mental and emotional miles and who can say, "Im Okay today", give thanks. Call upon your God, your Highest Power, your infinite abyss and gather up our brothers and sisters to show some love. Not only just a word but, a movement. A cause. An intention.
Intentionally love the world!

We are ALL made the same. We are all subject to pain. There is not one of us- not in wealth, not in fame, not in genius...that cannot not see the same sun rise in the East and then set into the Western sky. One's mind is no less fragile than anothers heart, liver or skin. One disease does not trump the other. Let us rise with intention as family and hold one another up. There is no cost. There is no law against it.
Become love!

Cherish one another. Respect each other, in similarities and differences. Embrace; physically, emotionally and spiritually. Cause a ripple in a quiet sea, for a storm oftens follows a calm. Be a hand to hold. A shoulder to cry on. An ear to listen. Be silence.
Know that you have loved fully and deeply. Though thankless and felt for naught at times, the gift is in the act of loving. Love will reach any destination. Timeless, infinite and beyond. Countless worlds, lives and heavens. Never cease to love.
Love will remain.

*Rest in Peace dear Mr. Williams. May light and love eternally surround your gracious and beautiful spirit. Thank you for the gifts you've left behind.
